At MUSE.TV, every offering is created with care—whether it’s a digital edition for mindful reflection or a made-to-order physical piece crafted just for you.

Digital Downloads

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable due to their immediate availability. However, if you experience any issue accessing or using your file, please contact us at studio@muse.tv. We will work with you promptly to resolve the problem and ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Print-on-Demand & Custom Products

Our physical items are produced on demand, one at a time, to reduce waste and support sustainable design. Because each piece is made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as size, style, or change of mind.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item — simply providing photos is enough for us to resolve the issue quickly. If a return is required, we will guide you through the process and cover the cost.

Refunds, when issued, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
