All digital products are final sale and non-refundable due to their immediate accessibility. If you encounter an issue with your download or file, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it swiftly.

Print-on-Demand Products
Our physical items are produced on demand, one at a time, to reduce waste and honor intentional creation. Because each piece is custom made, we kindly ask that you consider your order carefully before placing it.

That said, if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, or if you're truly unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your request and do our best to make things right.
